IE United vs San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors
We beat the county, but our work is not done. Read and sign our petition below to tell San Bernardino County that when you break the law, you must face the consequences!
On September 18, 2019, the Superior Court found the San Bernardino Board of Supervisors illegally appointed District 3 Supervisor Dawn Rowe by violating California State Law, having a private vote, and failing to involve the people of San Bernardino County.
Rather than move forward and promise to be more transparent and involve the public in the process, the Board is doubling down on their mistake and have promised to use up to $500,000 of tax payer money to keep this in court!
If you’re tired of the lack of transparency and wasteful government spending for the sake of egos; sign our petition today to tell the county they work for the people – not the other way around.
The county is ready to tie this up in court rather than accept accountability, and we are here to make sure the public will always have a watchdog and voice, but voices are always louder together.
