Dr. Rodgers currently serves as President of the San Bernardino County Board of Education after previously serving on the San Bernardino City Unified School District Board. Throughout her public service, she has championed transparency, expanded student mental health resources, strengthened equity initiatives, and supported policies that improve educational outcomes across the region.
Beyond elected office, Dr. Rodgers has built strong partnerships throughout San Bernardino County. As CEO of Arrowhead United Way and through her service with organizations including First 5 San Bernardino, the Department of Behavioral Health, Pastors United, and numerous community organizations, she has consistently worked to improve opportunities for children and families.
Dr. Rodgers has also prioritized expanding student voice, increasing community engagement, and ensuring school systems remain responsive to the families they serve. Her leadership reflects a commitment to listening, collaboration, and preparing students for success both inside and outside the classroom.
